Construction engineering and real estate business are one of Sigma Law Firm's core business areas, with the department being headed by the firm's director. We have been deeply engaged in this field year-round, possessing extensive experience in both litigation representation and non-litigation legal services. In recent years, we have served numerous large-scale national infrastructure projects, commercial and residential real estate projects, including the Xi'an International Conference Center, Xi'an International Exhibition Center project, a provincial-level key natural gas pipeline construction project, and more. We have been involved in dozens of projects, with total investments exceeding hundreds of billions of yuan.

Additionally, we have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Sigma Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd., engaging in in-depth cooperation in various business areas such as full-process engineering consulting, agency construction management, project management, full-process cost consulting, engineering supervision, engineering design, tender agency or review, PPP project consulting, and more. Our service areas primarily include providing comprehensive legal services in the fields of large-scale infrastructure domestically and internationally, public utility project construction, land development, real estate construction and financing, real estate leasing and operation, hotel operation and property management, dispute resolution, and more.
