Male, born in 1986, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law from the National Defense University of the People's Liberation Army. Formerly served as a judge at the People's Court of Zhouzhi County, Xi'an, and as a prosecutor at the People's Procuratorate of Yanta District, Xi'an, engaging in judicial work for a total of 14 years. In April 2023, transferred to work at the Sigma Law Firm in Shaanxi as a Senior Advisor.
